While coaching for Santa Fe Christian and Solana Beach Volleyball Club, Macall has also enjoyed coaching clinics and private lessons. She loves watching her players volleyball skill improve and loves giving extra opportunities to enthusiastic players. Her volleyball experience expanded after graduating high school and moving to Northern California. She played at the collegiate level for Cal State Monterey Bay. Before entering her senior year, Macall suffered a shoulder injury preventing her from competing her final year. She then worked as a college recruiter and continued on to San Diego to pursue her coaching and teaching career. Macall graduated from CSUMB, Magna Cum Laude with Distinction within three years.
